Hello! I'm Rodol Phito, the creator of Rival Rebels.
Rival Rebels Mod update 1.7.10A for Minecraft 1.7 !! This is a light version of the mod, (work in progress). It is not complete but I wanted to share what I have so far.

On this version of RR for Minecraft-Forge 1.7.10, I have only included the most important weapons, the M202RR rocket launcher, the Tesla, the Ein-Sten laser fragmentation machine, the Plasma Cannon, Rod Disk and Flamethrower Weapon (Tutorial Here).
Plus the Nuke, Tsar Bomba, traps, special blocks and automatic structures.
What is missing in version? The following:
Gas grenade, Objectives, Chip, Controller, B2 stealth bomber, LTD-RR, Tokamak reactor, Force Fields, battle rounds etc.
Why did it take me so long to make this update? and why are so many features of the mod missing? Because I'm investing most of my time developing the new Rival Rebels game!!! A new stand-alone game. :) Updating the mod is very time consuming and I prefer to write code, instead of clumsy patches. :P
When am I going to add the rest of the features? Soon, don't worry, just stay tuned for more updates!!

Multiplayer Commands!!
Op commands:
/rrreset all (deletes all the team files and all the resets counts)
/rrreset <player name> (deletes the given player's team files and reset counts)
/rrstopround (stops the battle round, preventing the 'next battle window' to show again)
/rrstartround (starts the battle round without the need of placing the Game Starter block or if the round was stopped)
/rrstartround (starts the battle round without the need of placing the Game Starter block or if the round was stopped)
/rrreset wincount (resets the teams battle victories count to zero)
/rrinspect <player name> (prints out the given player mod list)
/rrinspect <player name> (prints out the given player mod list)
Player commands:
/killme (kills the player)
/rr <password> (allows the player to enter Rod Disk rank password)
